Nnamdi Nnoruka (Managing Director/CEO)
Nnamdi Noruka is an accomplished entrepreneur, technologist, and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in ICT, systems integration, and strategic project execution across West Africa. As Managing Director and CEO of IT&C, he has been instrumental in building the company into a leading force in Nigeria’s educational and corporate technology sectors.
Under his leadership, IT&C has delivered transformative solutions—including interactive whiteboards, digital classrooms, and secure infrastructure—to governments, schools, and businesses nationwide. Known for his deep technical expertise and sharp business acumen, Nnamdi has fostered partnerships with global brands like MSI, BenQ and Boxlight, bringing world-class innovation to the Nigerian market.
Nnamdi, an ex Nigerian Air Force Pilot, holds degrees in law and business management, and is widely respected for his integrity, foresight, and commitment to empowering Africa through technology.
Dr. Bisi Akin-Alabi (Chief Education Officer; Executive Director, Stakeholders Engagement)
Dr. Bisi Akin-Alabi is a renowned education reform advocate, author, and strategist with decades of impactful leadership in education policy and implementation. As Chief Education Officer at IT&C, she leverages her deep expertise to drive adoption of technology-enhanced learning across Nigerian schools.
A former Special Adviser on Education to the Oyo State Government, Dr. Akin-Alabi spearheaded transformative initiatives, including the School Governing Board (SGB) policy and public-private partnerships that improved access and accountability in education. She is the founder of SchoolRun Academy and has received national recognition for her visionary contributions to education.
Dr. Akin-Alabi holds a doctorate in Education and combines policy insight with a passion for innovation to improve learning outcomes and empower the next generation.
Ken Spann (Chief Marketing Officer)
Ken Spann is a results-driven marketing strategist and business development leader with a proven track record in the education and technology sectors. As Chief Marketing Officer of IT&C, he spearheads branding, strategic partnerships, and national market growth—championing the adoption of cutting-edge solutions like BenQ and Boxlight EDLA interactive whiteboards across Nigeria.
With a background in law and business, Ken blends global insight with local expertise to bridge the digital divide in African education. His leadership has positioned IT&C as a trusted provider to schools, governments, and corporate clients alike, advancing smart learning through innovation and collaboration.
Ifeacho Nwokolo (Chief Technology Officer)
Ifeacho (Acho) Nwokolo is an accomplished ICT and management consultant with over 20 years of experience delivering transformative solutions across technology-driven sectors. With a BSc (Hons.) Computer Science (Information Systems) from the University of Wolverhampton and an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University, he has consistently applied his expertise to drive digital transformation.
Ifeacho’s career has spanned a broad spectrum of roles — from hands-on technology implementation to strategic leadership positions. He has led major initiatives in ICT project delivery, identity management, regulatory compliance, and digital literacy, making significant contributions to both private sector innovation and public sector digital transformation and capacity-building. He has proven expertise in technology consulting, technology integration, and regulatory affairs, particularly in ICT and telecommunications.
His detail-oriented approach, effective communication skills, and extensive experience working with diverse, multinational teams position him as a high-value leader and a key strategic partner in today's digitally driven economy.
